The package arrived wet with a surface temperature of 135℉; UPS does not A/C their cargo or their drivers. On the day of delivery it was 114℉ here. The package arrived at 4pm, so had been in the truck since morning; it's likely the heat had caused the shoe's glue to lose adhesion. Nonetheless, the seller issued an immediate refund. Honest, professional and reliable. A++++++++++
