There was no notice to the fact that the stringing for the doll was entirely petrified. The doll’s head fell out of the package when I opened it. Top of box has name of product, so that was the top and how it came. FL has had many tornadoes, floodings, storms for the past few weeks. I don't know what happened in transit with mail. Buyer tried to extort money from me and get me to buy her a repair kit. If the doll's head is broken, then how can a repair kit fix it? I still wanted to give her partial money. Took long time for her to open case bc she wouldn't. Ebay stepped in and made this no fault.
