Nice little capsules
I have no earthly idea whether this product really helps the immune system but I was told it did or read that so that's why I bought. the capsules are tiny and can swallow two at once. Been using a week. I'll buy them again and see if my next blood tests for immune system show better - I'm low on a couple of immune figures and I keep having to have pneumonia shots and my tetanus shot didn't take last time - my immune doctor keeps having me repeat the pneumonia and tetanus shots because my titres are low - can't imagine mushrooms helping with that but we'll see and if there is some improvement I'll sure write a review again. If it works to help at all it'll be better than having to have the IV's in hospital outpatient for immune drugs.

Improves immune system and helps with swelling!
I take other supplements, but when I added this to my nightly regimen, my leg swelling greatly decreased! I used to get easily swollen with certain foods and while I was PMSing, but this supplement basically stopped it. I don’t know how, but I don’t get swollen anymore. My face and fingers don’t get squishy anymore from water weight. I love it

Great product for immune support. Use it everyday!

The best boosters I’ve found!
I have NOT gotten sick since I began taking these 3 yrs. ago. I ‘m convinced these gave me a firm foothold during these COVID times. My body so agrees with these and I feel very strong.
