HP is the only brand to use
HP products are the ONLY brand I recommend. I use to work in an office and used other brands but nothing topped HP

Going to try to contact the supplier
If my photo printer didn't just go bad, both inks seem to be defective, the 1st ink installed at 1st printed OK then the remaining pictures all came out streaked and faded on top,the 2nd ink installed didn't print all the colors on clean print head
