  A Terrible Experience. BUYERS BEWARE. Item bought on June 17, and marked as shipped without a tracking number on the same day. I hadNt, received it a month later, and when I asked why, I was told that "here in the U.S. July is vacation time." A refund was issued when I made a complaint, but the seller wasted my time, held on to my money for a month (probably without shipping the item at all), then forced me to buy something else at very short notice. Avoid if you can.

  In the middle of the summer, we ended up on a longer vacation than expected, and buyer eventually did not want to wait for the package, so we fully refunded as soon as they requested. "Terrible" is probably not the word for that. Extreme words probably don't apply in this situation. It can be helpful to remember, this is not a retail store with dozens of employees, and this is how we can supply $6,000 products for only $750, all tested by experts on these exact models. Such service is rare.

  Item was just as described. Was disappointed in the time it took to receive it. Purchased on Sept. 3 and received on Oct. 16. However, I must say the item was well worth the wait. It is in great condition. Great, quick communication from seller. Highly recommend this seller.

  I bought a nylon BrailleNote Apex case. This is very difficult to find - but they had one ready to go. I'm impressed. The seller uses duplicates of a single generic listing for all sales, but came through with exactly what I ordered. It's used but in pretty good condition, and will hopefully last me several years. If I manage to destroy it in some spectacular fashion, I now know there's at least one place in existance that can get me another. They're also very responsive; I had many questions.
