Easy to setup if you know the key
The hand set was like new but most directions are misleading because they make you think it's done from the *handset*. Getting the base to find the handset is done via the menus in the BASE. Great phones!
We use these for in-store and they work great. They get dropped, sat on, sprayed with cleansers, left in weird places, and get used used used.
