Good qualify genuine Stihl accessions
Very good replacement product for the stock Stihl FS45 cutting head, much easier to take out more cutting line. No need to take it all of every time you need more cutting line. Nothing negative to say about this product at all :-) You can find instructions on how to use this product at the official Stihl homepage.

Replacement
Had nothing but problems since day one of purchasing Stihl strimmer- decided to replace the head and glad we did. The replacement was completely different to the one ordered and didn't look like the one that was originally fitted, however contacted supplier who apologised & said they should have put note in with package stating original fitting had been replaced with this new design! So far, so good but did note after purchasing we could have bought the same part a lot cheaper!

It wont last long.
the centre sprung loaded button is not retained properly, so it is just a matter of time when it springs out and I loose it in the grass. The original one had a circlip holding it in this one has fresh air holding it in!?

EASY ANSWER
Acts the same as other heads when cutting,but refill so easy, cut a length of line from reel, cut in half, put one end in each hole in spool and wind until normal line cutting length remains, job done, carry on cutting,
