Multiple tools work fine.
My family has owned a number of 20 volt B&D products. They have improved the amp hours on the batteries which really helps but the basic layout is great for DYI's and even professionals in certain areas. We have a professional handy man in our family who likes to keep his tool bag small. This unit fits the bill. The circular saw attachment works well once you understand the safety steps you need to take to start it (fairly simple). There is enough power to cut smaller wood products with ease. We have 4 of these drills (3 Matrix) with no failures. The value is awesome at about half the price of the biggies. These make great presents especially for the male half of a wedding (since most presents lean towards the kitchen/house etc.). The Lithium batteries are so much better than the 18 volt Ni Cads. Look carefully when you buy replacement batteries that you have the more recent stronger models. They even have a 40 amp hr. battery but it is expensive so just go with the 2020 (20 amp hrs). TT

small useful saw for crafts and trim
this thing is great for small projects when a large circular saw is too much bother. I've cut trim, 1x material and other smaller thickness materials, i even cut some tree branches. definitely versatile. mainly got this bc my sister wanted one, so i gave her my old one and got me a new saw.

Matrix System Circular Saw Attachment
The saw unit works great and is especially useful in tight areas. The depth of cut is limited, but then again it isn't intended to take the place of your full size circular saw. I love the ability to have a cordless unit that will make many jobs much simpler and less of a hassle that involves cords, heavy cumbersome saws, and enough room to use them. I highly recommend this item as an addition to your MATRIX system. It will be money well spent.

Cute circular saw
I had to buy this just because it’s so cute... and I found a use for it immediately that no other tool in my shop would do. But, in order to use it, you have to hold a slide switch up, then squeeze the trigger on the drill. Two hands. Really awkward. They could have found a more elegant way to accomplish the safety switch.

Very useful for small projects
This is an excellent addition to the matrix tools I have. Cuts quick and smooth and straight. For 1 inch thick boards or smaller. Not to bad on the battery draw either.

Convenient and useful
Convenient add on the the Matrix family. Great for straight, shallow, cuts which is what I needed it for. Would be more useful if it had a depth and bevel function.

Love the B&D MATRIX SYSTEM
This is perfect for quick small jobs like trimming a shelf length or such without need a full size curcular saw. Quick stable and easy.

This accesory is perfect for the correct connecting tool. This does not fit my matrix model and there are no returns.
