cast control is incredible!
I filled my Ambassadeur C3 7000 with about 400 yards of 40 lb. braided line. I started to make 40-50 yard casts without any adjustment and I fished all day w/o ANY back lashes! When I go fishing ob the St. Johns river, it's from about 7:30 AM to dark. Never have I seen better performance from a bait caster in 45 years of fishing.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Abu Garcia 7,000 bait cast reel.
Great new Abu Garcia bait casting 7,000 reel with papers and box and extra parts to clamp on fishing rod. The price is correct for that size and kind of reel. The color is just what was ordered. Great Reel - Bad Foot
This reel is absolutely perfect except for part of the foot being broken off. As long as it still holds to a rod all will be great but it makes me nervous. Salmon and Strippers
I use these reels predominantly in freshwater. Wouldn't recommend them for surf. However they will handle whatever lakes and bay's will give up to them. You can still find the line counter version for sale in Finland go on the internet however they will be in metric not feet. JUNK!!!
I lined both reels with good quality braided line. And they did not do well at all after using one time. I plan on re-selling them both. I bought a $ 49 Daiwa and it outperfoms the Abu Garcia.
