The packaging was very protective of the plush well padded, marked fragile, bubble wrap too. The seller was very nice and open to communication with me as well. The item came mostly as described besides a minor defect that wasn't initially mentioned (It's pictured!) but he was totally willing to refund me 15$ as a result. Overall a nice seller that made it right!
