I sent the seller a question on two occasions and didn’t receive a reply to either until after the brush had shipped. There were a few picture and one was a really close closeup of the curled end. And yes, the buyer did send a message wanting a discount on multiple items. One had sold before I could respond (we don’t do offers through messages anyway(see our store policies)) We took advantage of the Memorial Day weekend as we don’t like shutting the store down. So sorry about taking a weekend off.

When I opened the box the vacuum was in the vacuum had never been used. I am so thrilled to have this. I had anticipated a used machine since description didn't say. This was so much better. Attachment kit also unused. Exceptional value. I am unbelievably happy. I whole heartedly recommend this seller. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.
