Excellent Product
I dance and use the treadmill a lot in a week. I was starting to have a pain around my big toe and arch. With this tape the pain is gone. I guess it holds things in place. I first bought the type that is not Pro. The tape did not stick to my skin or itself. The Pro tape is excellent. It sticks to skin and itself. I use two tapes each time. I am able to use the tapes three times before I have to throw them out.

KT Kinesiology Pro Extreme Tape
Great product, in original boxes. Great tape....one of the few types of tape that will stay on with a couple days of use in the water!

NOT A GOOD STICKER IN FLORIDA
We live in Florida and I purchased this for my husband to use for the pain from his damaged shoulders. He said it helps the pain but this does NOT stick like it said for up to 3 days and your suppose to be able to swim or shower in it. He works out side and has put it on 2 different times cleaning skin before and it has came loose by the time he gets home not lasting more than a day. Will be trying a different brand

Make life a lot better if you have bad knees and shoulders.
Painful trying to walk. This tape doesn't cure but definitely takes the edge off. Will never be without it.

Even more amazing!
I use KT tape to treat multiple injuries from sports related activities. I've used it for everything from a knee that was always sore and giving out to impinged shoulder syndrome. Simply put it's amazing what this stuff can do in a matter of an hour! (All injuries I have sustained that are sports related are better from KT Tape) Get the pro extreme for you can leave it on for multiple days and it has more support as opposed to the cotton. You're saving money this way!

Alternative to medications
I don’t ache nearly as bad after a long day at work. I’m a painter in the film industry. We work 10 to 12 hr days. I’m 40 with bad knees. This is good stuff. I use it all the time. YouTube has a video for any application you may require! Try it!

KT Tape
Just make sure to be wet free (dry) and try not to handle tape with hands ! Keep backing on what u will need to handle and it WILL stay ON!!!
