  Purchased the product weeks later got a message saying that it was returned back to them and they couldn’t deliver it to me, it was supposed to be a present. They communicated very well and gave me a refund but I’ve purchased products all over the world. I purchased the exact same product years ago and the same thing happened they said that it got sent back and that company said they were Australian based.   Item as described, delivery service was a little slow (Aramex) Wasn't happy with the packageing, the item did arrive ok but was sent in a thin postage bag with no protection. Even though this is a cushion type product, there's still (largish) plastic componants that could easily bend or break. This would have been better sent in a box or at minimum a padded bag.
