Worked great for me, until they changed to design and effectiveness.
I bought these for a rare form of tinnitus that increases with volume of sounds. These ear plugs reduce sound above the threshold that affects my condition and eliminates the tinnitus completely, and allows me to hear lower sounds well. Unfortunately the mfr changed to design of these making the sound reduction much lower. They no longer sell the previous design even though there is likely a market for them.

What a great I little invention!! So man...
What a great I little invention!! So many plugs to choose from. Found perfect fit for my ear, woke up with them in my ears. So comfortable. Used them while shopping, was nice to have silence.

Great earplugs!
Love the LOOP earplugs! Foam earplugs never fit right in my ears and muffled everything. These earplugs fit perfectly and they reduce the sound without muffling it. They can be a bit expensive, but to me they are worth it (just don't lose one).
