I have text messaged the seller several times with no response other than a usps incomplete tracking schedule a week behind and no names of facilities...until today...it was shipped from Kentucky to Georgia where I live. It has been in 2 different usps facilities in Puerto Rico wher I guess it is now. Ebay customer service is terrible...NO HELP...NO HUMAN. I have been told twice they will step in to help and they dont.
