I had a substitute mailman who put my package in someone else's mail cubby. But thankfully the neighbor brought it to me. I had fast communication with this seller when that happened and highly recommended this seller. My 15 year old loves ICP. And she has a long wishlist of merch. And I plan on tackling every item by christmas.
