The figure inside its original box was just placed lose inside a much larger postage box with no padding. That outside box had the absolute hell crushed out of it but luckily for me the inside box managed to remain effectively unscathed. So while I got my figure with no damage, as described, I don't think I would risk, nor recommend purchasing from these guys again. Sorry.
