Finding The Winning Edge
This is the most complete book on coaching an NFL team ever written. They are quite rare and gives me a chance to read the whole work. To purchase and autographed copy would cost several hundreds. When I have read the whole text I will be able to decide if I want a hard copy. It is very detailed and extremely interesting.

Bill Walsh is a mastermind. Even though this is all about managing a football team, you can apply this to everyday life. I recommend this book to anyone that wants to run a business.
