After a very slow shipping and delivery time and we received a cheap quality hat. The material is flimsy so let’s say the quality matches the price. I would have left better feedback if the seller didn’t take a week to ship. I messaged the seller for an update on shipping and the seller was responsive and said to contact if the item doesn’t arrive and they’ll make it right.

I reached out to the seller and they responded with a full return. As soon as I dropped the hat off at the post office, they issued a refund. I am going to order another one and hope they send the right size...
