A classic Dr Who adventure
This one has all the elements of the classic tale, and features Tom Baker (the fourth doctor) dealing with hysterical and intractable Britons as well as a relentless hostile alien presence. The result is a modern equivalent to a Shakespearian tragedy in which we watch mankind destroying himself through his own folly. Horror of Fang Rock - A classic Doctor Who episode
Excellent, a truly classic episode. With unique characters given incredible life and depth by a superbly selected cast. Also the unique setting of the lighthouse is almost another character in how it helps to shape and define the story. Tom Baker’s performance once again proves the brilliance of this master thespian. The performance given by Louise Jameson as Leela is a delight and especially good are her character’s interactions with the character of Adelaide Lessage played by Annette Woollett.
