I cancelled the first 3" x 3" x 24" sale for a refund and purchased the 3" x 3" x 36" one instead. Both the cancellation and the replacement purchase were handled promptly and smoothly. All good. Based on the 3" x 3" x 36" one that I've received, I suspect the description of the 3" x 3" x 24" one under-sells it (low-key description). This really beautiful wood.
