    It Works!

    I’ve had this shower extension for about a month now. It looks great and the length is exactly what I was looking for. However, it is made of plastic. Some pieces are steel but not the important pieces. It should last a long time if you dont move/adjust it too often. So if you have multiple people with different heights that tend to adjust it alot, I don’t recommend this. The height tightening piece (wing nut) is pure plastic and it will more likely break.

    Cheap construction but ought to work ok.

    I chose this for it's 15" length only. While I will use it for a time, it is no where near the quality brass pieces available. It cannot be set below horizontal if installed on a straight stub. The chrome finish is good. and I expect it will serve well.

    So far so good

    I bought this and a rain shower separately. I have applied a lot of Teflon tape to prevent it from leaking so far it’s holding up well but it’s only been a couple weeks. I believe it’s great for the price.

    A Good Product, But Over-priced

    It functions as described and required. It is made of strong plastic, which is lighter than metal and a good material to use for suspended fittings in the presence of the delicate, brittle surfaces in bathrooms. Too early to comment on resilience. However, being made of plastic, I think it's over-priced, particularly when compared with similar but shorter (therefore, unsuitable for my need) devices made of chromed brass.

    Good extension

    I received this in the mail on Saturday after ordering on a friday and it is as specified. We will see if it can hold the 14 inch rain shower head i bought for it. That should be here tomorrow.
