A great read
Although I know nothing about motor bikes I find all Charley Boorman's books fascinating. The writing is in good English, the maps and photographs are an excellent inclusion. I can't recommend his work highly enough.

Easy read and Charley's enthusiasm is compelling.
Easy read but you need to have watched the series. The very brief content about the various locations and incidents does make sense but, as I say, you do need to have seen the series to fully appreciate the achievements. Having an atlas nearby would involve you even more with the efforts involved.
