I can' t believe how good this movie is.
This movie has a certain feel about that' s hard to describe. You just have to see it for yourself. The slowly rotating blue lights on the sheriff cars always left an impression on me. This is Joe Don Baker's finest role with an honorable mention for Bruce Glover as Sheriff Pusser's # 1 deputy. It's a true story. That's what makes it even more moving and powerful and so very sad. Good version of old favorite
It was a very entertaining movie that followed Buford Pusser's story as close as possible.
