In fact I would say it was exceptionally well protected. The very good photos were a help in deciding to buy and the product did not disappoint. It was exactly as photgraphed and described. The seller was very helpful with information and assisting with a postal query I had. I have no complaints at all. I would buy from this seller again. Thank you. Best wishes

Would have appreciated a proactive heads up on that. In the meantime i had to purchase another dome, also from Belgium, which had tracking information and arrived promptly on March 18. I will keep this one but suggest seller add tracking for international shipments.
