The Catwoman Becomes the Godmother.
An absolutely brilliant story courtesy of Genevieve Valentine, assisted by artwork from Garry Brown, Pat Olliffe, Tom Nguyen, John McCrea and Lee Loughridge, covering a six-issue (plus one annual) from the DC Catwoman comic series. Selina Kyle becomes the head of the Calabrese Family: one of the biggest crime organizations in Gotham City. Granted enormous power and influence, Selina decides she wants to use all of it to unite Gotham's crime families in an attempt to build up the city, as opposed to bleeding it and its citizens dry. But she soon finds herself slammed hard against the old adage of how the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. As powerful as Selina is, not even she can convince the other families to come together. There is also a traitor within the Calabrese Family who threatens to bring down everything she's working to accomplish. And, on top of this, there's a new Catwoman in town. Not even the Batman can make everything all right this time.
