Great Device - It Works!!
Definitely a great device which provides an improvement and simple instructions. I have two, two ton units that require close to 40 rush amp to start which my portable generator (storm season back up) would not supply. So I installed one of these in each AC and brought the rush amperage from the 40ish to the 20ish. Needless to say both of my AC will be served by my generator (though not at the same time) It Really works!!

5-2-1 Compressor Saver CSR U1 Hard Start Capacitor 1-2-3 tons CSRU1
I replaced an old bad compressor saver with this one, and it fit in just like the old one did. Works great, and does what it's supposed to do-gives the compressor an extra boost, so it doesn't lug down when starting. This Kit installed on your AC saves on Power Bills!
Kit is complete, new, ready to install and it comes with its own wiring diagrams and clearly written installation instructions. Most of the power consumed by home air conditioning is consumed at start-up; sometimes starting power draw goes to 25 amps while the compressor struggles to come on line, especially if your AC compressor is an older model. worth the money and easy to connect

Amazing
I was very skeptical while reviewing at first but the more I read the more sence it made. Ordered one for each of my homes and I just installed the first one, couldn't believe what a difference this product made. Usually I was able to hear the condensing unit come on , I had to walk outside to verify that the unit was on and even then it was so much quieter . Well pleased.
The compressor starting current before install was 26.7 amp. After the install it went to 8.0 amp. less than 1/3 the power. Highly recommend. Worked as advertised
I installed this on my 15,000BTU RV Roof AC. It did help with starting the unit, but I was not able to start the AC unit with my 2,000 Watt Inverter Generator. Very close, but no quite.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great product
