You also have to trim both ends because the flap is a lot bigger than the hole. It you slam it hard enough it might go in without bending the box. Another defect is a weak spot about 2 inches up on one side. Very soft and some have the soft spot going up the entire side. If you can look past all that then the boxes are great for the price. Like I mentioned, our new workers sometime needs little bit of karate chop practices to make the process smooth. once they are trained and yellow belted, all goes well. LOL thanks for your input
