    great cpu

    this is a great balance of cost and performance before stepping up to the i7-5960x processor which is twice the cost. 6 cores make multitasking a breeze and being able to overclock it to maximize it for programs that are single core based is great. I have a stable conservative 4.0 GHz clock but have heard of others with upwards of 4.6-4.7 GHz. The cost difference between this and the i7-5820k is marginal and so is the clock speed...but it goes from 28 lanes to 40 lanes with is great with triple GPUs.

    Very Fast!

    This motherboard is very fast, It also does more things than I will probably use. I installed 64 GB of memory which takes care of many of the problems I was having with my old system. I installed the Intel / i7-5930K Processor with a 480 GB solid state primary hard dive. This system is very, very fast.

    overkill for it's feature uses.

    This monstrous cpu can perform very well in many ways. Unlocked to overclock which i don't need because its already fast as it needs to be. Willing to make it last until it is no longer use. Even though it gets old in the future, it will still perform exceptionally. BEEFY!

    Nice CPU

    The crown jewel of my X99 rig. 6 cores and 12 threads of power can muscle through any task I throw at it. I don't care of the 3.5-3.7Ghz. It gets my tasks done. The k means it can overclock but I have not tested that. ALL and all, a great CPU

    Work horse

    Purchased for a rendering / gaming rig. Handles all I can throw at it work wise, can be a bottleneck for your GPU(s) depending on your set up. I have 2x EVGA 980 TI Hybrids in SLI and gaming benchmarks show a bit of a bottleneck in their performance. Still better than 98% of all computers using 3DMark, but still.
