Instead of making excuses or lying to me, the seller simply refunded half of my money without hesitation. I ended up getting a fair deal and I can't complain. I only wish the situation hadn't been so unfortunate for myself as well as the seller. It isn't exactly his fault that a pre-order item was delayed and then damaged, but he made it right anyway. A+ person.
