Tracking shows item had movement away from Arizona yet tracking stopped updating thereafter. Customer requested that we check with the post office which we did, person was given a courtesy refund and we asked to be notified when she received the merchandise. She basically was given not only her money back but a full refund and had no shame to leave false and derogatory feedback. Ebay was notified and buyer blocked.

Other buyers be aware of the condition listed before buying. Seller had great communication and item was shipped quickly! I would recommend buying if you understand the risk :)

Reached out to seller, who indicated they had too much stock to check each one and they make so little off the sale, but offered to have me send back for a full refund. I declined, because it’s not worthwhile to make the trip to the post office. Seller’s offer was appreciated, though to me a 5 star response would be offering to refund a quarter of the cost, since a quarter of the purchase was missing.
