    The parts came in relatively slower than other sellers that I purchased the same time. Also there were parts missing. Which I don't know if you can blame the seller or not, cause they always say they have a warehouse and a packet and shipping department. The seller does reply within a day or two. The question is, would I do business in the future with this company? Yes I would give this company another chance, but I would try another company since there is so many on eBay, if same problem happen

    Nice quality, but not perfect

    I'd previously purchased very similar casters, but they failed due to the soft metal rivet used as the axle holding the wheel in place. The picture of these appears to use something more precision than a rivet, but it's still a rivet, just with a die used when the other side is compressed; You'll still see the form of the original rivet when it's in front of you. They look better, black and clear vs what I had before. Time will tell how they hold up. I'm pleased if cautious. If you're wondering, I'm 175lbs. Was 205lbs with the previous wheels. I use the chair 4-6hrs a day on a hardwood floor. Good luck out there!

    smooth rolling

    I used these to replace the casters on my chair in my machine shop. these roll so much better than the original casters on my chair. they don't hang up on any chips or swarf on the floor. the only downside was the mounting pin was larger than the ones that were on my chair, but for me it wasnt a problem, I just reamed the chair holes to size.

    Brilliant casters

    I ordered these (all the way from australia) to stop my office chair from damaging our new bamboo flooring. The casters seem very good quality, they glide smoothly, easily and silently, and the single narrow wheel design seems to make them more manoeuvrable than my previous casters. Most important of alll, I can't see any way that these could possibly mark our new flooring. They may not be cheap but I'm very pleased with them.

    I’ve replaced all the chair wheels in my tattoo shop

    These wheels are ideal on our shop’s painted and sealed floor. I wish I could remove and replace the wheels on these with custom rollerblade wheels. They do wear down over time. So replacing them every other year has become a thing. Still love then though!
