    Mixer was in ok condition channel three has issues but it’s whatever it’s not works my time to return mixer should have been discounted or something it was packed well and packing was discreet but I would. Not buy it again shipping was so ig it did not take to long to arrive it is NOT as described it was not documented that channel 3 has an issue!! But I digress

    A real eye opener

    I read this book right after the collapse of the Champlain Towers South condo building in Florida. The book made it very clear why this kind of stuff happens -- there really isn't anything mysterious about it. The author gives a lot of examples and the decisions that were made that led to the disasters. The book has a couple of shortcomings. Unfortunately it was written before the collapse of the Twin Tower. Also, there was a real lack of photographs.
