Now sadly, I know why, the bill I received has a nice front, but unbeknownst to me, the back of the bill, which was NOT SHOWN, has an ink stain across the entire bottom of the bill. Thanks Dude, for selecting an ink-stained bill for me. However, I went ahead and refunded his money 100% without a request to return the Star Note. I was not trying to be deceptive or hide anything. I did exactly what I said I would do- select a bill at random. I sold the other 2 bills I had and due to this incident sent the buyer pictures of the front and back to make sure the buyer was satisfied, which he was. Unfortunate this buyer is saying beware of this dude.
