They told me the post office had it when I could clearly see they didn't. I asked for a refund as I would just pay a little more on Amazon. They said they had already shipped them so I couldn't have a refund. Again, they HAD NOT shipped them. Three days later they told me they dropped them off. That said, I personally packaged and dropped it off at the local USPS within the appropriate time. Unfortunately, the post office did not scan it promptly, which was out of our control. I understand how that can be frustrating, but calling us "sketchy" is unfair. We were transparent throughout and stand by how we handled the order.

Other sellers, you have to enlarge the photo to figure out whether they are narrow or not. Mostly they will be narrow because they buy them from Birkenstock when they are on last chance.
