It charged the 4 AAA batteries I ordered along with it just fine. Was a bit worried when one of the batteries took longer than the others to charge, but eventually the light went green like the others had. The batteries are being used for a low-power but always on device, so it's hard to tell how good they are, but they work, and that'll do for me for now.

Charger is neat and fairly unobtrusive, easy to use and is currently charging 4 AA batteries. Hopefully won't have to keep buying so many 'normal' batteries! I'm happy with my purchase, thanks very much :-)
