It arrived back at Tulsa to finally be shipped to my post office for delivery. It made the product a late arrival by 4 days. Recent;y is seems like USPS has forgotten how to deliver mail. Our first class mail takes 7-10 days to arrive at its destination.

But as a professional harpist, I can say it's not a musical instrument you can play a tune on. There are no instructions on which note to tune each string , and the sellers don't know--one showed note names for a similar harp but with reversed string direction, which would not work). Even if you attempted tuning based on your guess, some tuning pins also slip, requiring unstringing, pin removal, and shimming. Strings are fragile and break easily.

The instrument was of badly severe quality. The bellows had red over spray paint/stain covering on one side (probably from what was used to "stain" the fake mahogany wood. The seller kept calling and messaging me not to return and offering $100 to keep it. I ended up having to cover the shipping because I received a fake return label - FedEx said the label wasn't in the system
