There was a supply issue that delayed the shipment but the seller communicated the problem clearly and kept me up to date on the developments. They also included a screen protector, extra stylus, DS case, and USB charger. The DS feels and looks great, the buttons are responsive and the screens are brand new. The custom shell looks amazing and has a comfortable feel.
