My item arrived with a crack in it and within minutes of complaining I got a call to resolve the issue. I was offered a new one which had been double packed and it arrived within 3 days. All arrived well. Thought they handled it with such speed and professionalism that I had to review.

The package was delivered several days later than expected and I couldn't get an update from the Evri website. I contacted the seller who took the time and trouble to chase up the courier...only to find that the package had been delivered to my safe place earlier that day. I'd definitely use this seller again without hesitation.
