    ORDERED A SET (BOY/GIRL) GINGERBREAD ORNAMENTS. SAID THEY TRIED TO CALL ME (I HAD NO VOICE MAILS ON MY PHONE FROM THEM) BEFORE SHIPPING BUT I HAD NO MESSAGES IN EBAY NOR IN MY EMAIL. I RECEIVED 2 GIRLS. SELLER STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY REQUESTS TO RETURN BECAUSE THEY SAY THE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

    We contacted you with the phone number associated with your account ending in 7858. There was no response or attempts to return our calls regarding this order. All of our seasonal listings are marked as "Seller does not accept returns" so we were going by policy. We explained the situation with deepest respect regarding the manufacturer's error and did offer a partial refund but the buyer became passive aggressive and snarky with our team. We would rather not have a repeat buyer who acts angrily
