Haven't tried to making anything, yet, but the book is very clear and concise. Lessons and examples should be easy to follow.

Burning Gourds
The book helped to answer question I have and gave wonderful projects so that I could become a better wood burner.......I work with gourds only, but everything in the book would apply to gourd burning.
