The seller shipped the hat in a poly bag via Ground Advantage for $4.80ish and the hat arrived smushed. I messaged them politely expressing my frustration and asking for a refund on the overcharge for shipping service not used and they've only ignored me. I guess the $3.50 overcharge was worth losing a buyer and receiving a negative review, enjoy.
