Not inexpensive but it works.
SPM active helps to reduce inflammation. It was recommended by a sports medicine doctor when I was having shoulder pain. I asked him for a shot and he wouldn't give me one and recommended SPM active. It worked, I started taking it and haven't had shoulder pain since. My wife was on oxygen because of inflammation in her lungs. Doctors couldn't figure out what was causing it. Steroids worked but caused other issues. I suggested she start taking SPM active and it eliminated her lung inflammation. It's pricey at almost $1 per capsule but it's cheaper than prescription alternatives and has no side effects that we've noticed. I've tried other cheaper fish oils and they just don't have the same effect.
