  I’ve been purchasing from eBay for years and never had a situation like this. Took several weeks to receive item after needing to contact seller about delay in shipping. When item was received it was full of holes. Nothing on listing to communicate this sorry state of the item. Seller would not communicate when I described dissatisfaction with item. I Understand it says no returns but description being clear about the items condition was unacceptable. Would never purchase from seller again.

At that point a label was created but it has been two more days and there is no tracking info since it was just a label that was created and it really hasn’t shipped. Buyer beware.   “interior lining beginning to peel” is a gross understatement, this jacket is unwearable unless you don’t mind looking like you are covered in confetti, and getting it all over your clothes and any furniture you sit on. misleadingly inaccurate description suggests the jacket is still usable and it is not.
