This toy is sold as new and has factory packaging intact. Adorable little ducky is made of non toxic material and encourages your bird to 'preen' its cage buddy. I have been buying this toy for almost 40 years and my bird loves sleeping with his ducky. This is a great value not just for the price but for your bird not to be bored. Ecotrition discontinued this toy as of 2020 and this is the only site that has this toy.
