I contacted them and they did say they were sorry and to call the post office myself. This item was a birthday present. Sorry your feelings are hurt by lifes ups and downs and you did not order early enough to account for possible mishaps. I did my part perfectly. Shipping was 6.99 and is what S&H costs in the present.. Prices have risen much.
