Closer inspection turns out it is a zombie board. A LOT of ripped pads, corroded solder joints, sloppily placed sockets etc. There was also small amount of rust around the screw holes. When installing cooling pads, one of the screw posts ripped clean off the board without even pressing too hard on it. Extremely fragile. TERRIBLE shape! I sincerely doubt this mobo will last more than one year.
