Automatic Pop Up Camping 2 Man Tent Orange
I love it. It can definitely accommodate 2 adults and would be very roomy for just one person. It is difficult to latch the locking mechanism at the top as you have to put a lot of force and strength into pulling the cord to bring the two parts together; Nevertheless, once you've got the hang of that it takes about 1-3 minuets to set up and take down depending on how strong you are. It take about 2-5 minuets to re-pack into its cinched stuff sack.
It has one large door and one small netted window in the back. The door and the screen door split down the middle via their own individual double zippers, so the door does not open and close in a circular motion as shown in the picture but rather up and down. It has ties on the outside so you can cinch them out of the way when left open. The rear window does not have a zipper so the netting does not open or close and the solid window covering is on the outside, it "Velcros" down to close and "ties" up to open. Inside it has a small storage pouch only tall and wide enough for a smart phone or soda can. It has a hook at the top for a light or fan. It comes with some stakes and cordage.
I have not tested this tent in the rain, in sprinklers, or any other water source so I cannot say whether or not it is really waterproof as advertised, but since it does not come with a rain-fly I would hope it has some amount of waterproofing. Judging by the looks of this tent, I would not trust it in heave rain or wind.
It is far too long to put inside of a backpack, I'd say even a 100L pack but I could be wrong. It is possible to attach it to a backpack but this thing is so long that would not be practical even if your were latching it onto the side of a pack it would be too long. I would say this pack is more appropriate for car camping.
If you don't need your hand or arm free and don't find it a hassle, you could carry it in your hand or over your shoulder (like a purse) for a backpacking outage it is lightweight enough.
I wanted this for my "glampers" go bag but it was just too long in length, I would prefer more versatility with the window, and would have preferred a door that stays one solid unit and opens up so it could be used as an awning. It lost one star for it's length vs "backpacking" description, the amount of strength needed for set up and take down as there are brands or the same price that are easier to set up and take down and for the door depiction.
Overall it is a good product.
