Country Zumba DVD
I found this Country Zumba DVD to be easy to follow & easy to do. It's perfect for people with some Neuromuscular disability's that aren't able to keep up with some of the fast paced Zumba classes. I also like then music, one might even forget their exercising. just sing along and dance at your own pace and the next thing you know you're done with your workout. Good Workout
I like the country music and they are REALLY energetic!!! Will certainly give a good work out if a person can follow it all the way through. You need a fair amount of room to move around it to do it right. I like the Zumba DVD's just because they are those things...... A good alternative for Zumba workout
