They claim they will issue a refund, we can keep product, all we have to do is cancel PayPal claim. Restitution needs to happen before claim can be cancelled. The cabinet is very wobbly. Had maintenance person assemble it, not user error. Very poor quality. In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again
